Annie Mist Thorisdottir. CrossFit professional athlete hailing from Reykjavik Iceland. She's the co-owner of Crossfit Reykjavik where she also runs and coaches. Annie has been the first woman to ever win CrossFit Games on two occasions. She placed second in the CrossFit Games in 2010 and 2014. Annie Thorisdottir is a famous Icelanders CrossFit bodybuilder, athlete and media star. She was the first female winner of in the CrossFit Games in 2011, and 2012, twice. She is also known for winning in the Dubai Fitness Competition in 2013 as well as the 2017 Dubai Fitness Competition. Annie and her siblings and parents, were born and raised in Reykjavik Iceland. Being a sports and exercising enthusiast from a young age she participated in various school games and won several medals. Her first participation was time in 2009 at the CrossFit Games in California, where she did excellently. Annie Thorisdottir's age was 31 (as 2021). She's 5'7 tall and her weight is about 67 pounds. Annie started her CrossFit journey in 2009 California. Annie did very well in the initial events and finished in top 10 out of 70. Although she didn't claim any trophy and she finished her tournament in the 11th position. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. At the CrossFit Games under the guidance of her coach Jami Tikkanen, she placed with a second place finish and earned an Olympic silver medal that same year. Later in the year, she participated again in CrossFit events and thanks to her dominant performance she won the contest and became the first female winner of CrossFit Games. Annie also won her place in the CrossFit Games in 2012 due to her amazing performance. She became the first female athlete to be crowned the winner of twice in CrossFit Games at once. She also received a medal of silver from 2014, and a medal of bronze in CrossFit Games in 2021. Today, Annie runs and coaches at Crossfit Reykjavik which was started by her. Annie is a rising athlete and has appeared in advertisements for sports products such as Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Nuun Hydration, Yerbae Renaissance sidekick Transparent Labs for Periodization as well as other. There are a few thousand subscribers to her self-titled Youtube channel where she posts instructional videos, family videos, and travel vlogs.
